Ved gennemførelse af køb modtager du altid en ordrekvittering - denne sendes til den oplyste mailadresse ved købet. Det er dit eget ansvar, som køber, at sikre at det er de rigtige oplysninger du opgiver ved købet. Ved fejl, ændring eller mangler, kontakt os i kontakformularen eller på mail på contact@unvngvt.dk
Alle priser på www.unvngvt.dk angives i DKK. Omkostningerne for forsendelse afhænger af den valgte type forsendelse ved ordreafgivelsen.
Ordrer pakkes og afsendes typisk inden for 1-3 hverdage. Er ordren placeret fredag efter kl. 17, sendes ordren først næstkommende hverdag.
Er ordren endnu ikke modtaget inden for 7-9 dage, kontakt os venligt på contact@unvngvt.dk og oplys ordrenummer.
Du har altid mulighed for at fortryde et køb – hvis du meddeler os om fortrydelsen efter, at ordren er blevet sendt, skal du i stedet foretage en almindelig returnering.
Returnering / ombyt:
Der er 14 dages fortrydelsesret fra modtagelse af din ordre.
Udløber fortrydelsesfristen en helligdag, en lørdag eller en søndag, anses fortrydelsesfristen udløbet den næstkommende hverdag.
Ved returnering skal varen være i sin originale tilstand, som den blev modtaget - altså ubrugt, med mærkater og i original emballage.
Ønsker du at returnere kontakte os på contact@unvngvt.dk hvor du herefter får tilsendt et returlabel på mail, som skal printes ud og placeres på pakken, der returneres. Når vi har modtaget din pakke gennemgår vi den returnerede vare for at sikre dens originale tilstand. Såfremt varen lever op til forventning gennemføres refunderingen for den gældende vare til det betalingkort der blev brugt ved det originale køb.
Vær venligst opmærksom på at den betalte fragt ved købet af varen/varerne IKKE refunderes.
Det kan være op til 14 bankdage før returneringen er fuldendt og du modtager beløbet på din konto.
Reklamationsret:
Jævnfør Købeloven gælder reglerne for reklamation. Det vil sige, at du, som forbruger, har 2 års reklamationsret fra modtagelse af varen, hvis det købte produkt har en materiale- eller fabrikationsfejl. Dog skal du reklamere i "rimelig tid" og dermed senest inden for 2 måneder efter du opdagede fejlen på varen.
Ved brug af reklamationsretten, bedes du kontakte UNVNGVT enten på mail eller i kontaktformularen på hjemmesiden, og oplyse fejlen, samt om du ønsker varen repareret eller ombyttet. Refundering af varen er kun muligt såfremt reparation eller ombytning ikke er mulig, samt at det ikke forvolder for store omkostningsmæssige konsekvenser for UNVNGVT.
Da UNVNGVT primært udbyder produkter i begrænsede mængder, kan der i særlige tilfælde ikke ombyttes varer, hvis en vare er udgået fra produktionen. I så fald tilbydes refundering, hvis reparation ikke er mulig.
Du har selv ansvaret for at sende varen retur til UNVNGVT. Ligeledes er varen under dit ansvar indtil UNVNGVT har modtaget den.
Ved berettiget reklamation, refunderes du for forsendelsesomkostningerne, der har været forbundet med at sende varen retur.
Ved uberettiget reklamation, hæfter du selv for de økonomiske omkostninger forbundet med at sende varen retur.
Kontroller venligst din ordre ved modtagelsen og kontakt os straks, hvis varen er defekt, beskadiget, eller hvis du har modtaget den forkerte vare, så vi kan vurdere problemet.

When completing a purchase, you will always receive an order confirmation – this will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided during checkout is correct. All prices on www.unvngvt.dk are listed in DKK. Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method when placing the order.
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. If the order is placed on Friday after 17:00 (5 PM), it will not be shipped until the next business day.
If your order has not been received within 7–9 days, please contact us at contact@unvngvt.dk and provide your order number.
You are always inclined to cancel a purchase - if you inform us about the cancellation after the purchase is shipped, you will need to make a regular return instead.
Returns / exchanges:
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
If the withdrawal deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, or Sunday, the deadline will expire the following business day.
When returning an item, it must be in its original condition as received – meaning unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at contact@unvngvt.dk You will then receive a return label by email, which must be printed and attached to the package being returned.
Once we have received your package, we will inspect the returned item to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item meets these requirements, the refund will be processed for the product and issued to the payment card used for the original purchase.
Please note that the shipping cost paid when purchasing the item(s) will NOT be refunded.
It may take up to 14 banking days before the return process is completed and the payment appears in your account.
Warranty:
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, the rules for complaints apply. This means that you, as a consumer, have a 2-year right to file a complaint from the date of receiving the item if the purchased product has a material or manufacturing defect.
However, you must submit the complaint within a reasonable time, and no later than 2 months after discovering the defect.
When using your right to file a complaint, please contact UNVNGVT either by email or via the contact form on the website and describe the defect, as well as whether you wish the item to be repaired or replaced.
Refunds are only possible if repair or replacement is not possible and if it does not cause disproportionate costs for UNVNGVT.
Since UNVNGVT primarily offers products in limited quantities, exchanges may not always be possible if a product has been discontinued. In such cases, a refund will be offered if repair is not possible.
You are responsible for sending the item back to UNVNGVT. The item is also your responsibility until UNVNGVT has received it.
In the case of a valid complaint, you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
In the case of an invalid complaint, you will be responsible for the financial costs associated with returning the item.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
